that is used will be marked and listed in a "Used" category
All products are shipped containing all materials as issued by the factory.
If
the factory is offering free accessories with the purchase of the
product, you will receive those accessories free. However in the event
of shortages, we reserve the right to substitute an accessory of equal
or greater value but will contact you first.

Damaged Items
Instances
of damage during shipping rarely occur, however if you receive a
package and the item or items therein are damaged, please notify us so we can file a claim. Keeping
all damaged goods and packaging for inspection. You must contact us by phone so we can get
you another machine shipped to you.
INVENTORY POLICY
All
of our catalog items are in stock 99 % of the time. If you want to
check stock on an item before placing an order, email us or call us
during business hours.
In rare cases, if your item cannot be
found, you will be immediately notified by email or phone and be given
the option to cancel or change your order or to wait for it to become
available.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept Postal or Bank Money Orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Before
sending a money order, please contact us for a total cost of your
purchase so we can inform you of all taxes before you send
your payment.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs include full insurance and signature
confirmation and tracking of your order.
REPAIRS/SERVICE
As
Middlesex Detector Sales is not a repair or service facility, units or
parts that become defective or need service after field use, MUST be
returned to the manufacturers designated repair facility for all
repairs and service under the terms of the manufacturers warranty
agreement.
